BASE Tri Fitness is an endurance coaching company that is completely centered around our athletes’ success.

Our coaching philosophy is simple: do what is best for the athlete. This means that no two plans are alike and that any program designed is completely individualized to your unique needs. How do we do this? Easy: Science.  We don’t use fads or gimmicks to promise gains. We scientifically assess your strengths and areas of improvement in order to allow our athletes” potentials to be realized.

Our mission is  to provide our athletes with Balanced training programs that are Appropriate and Specific to the athlete’s abilities, fitness level, and goals to achieve their personal peak Endurance.
