Our swim clinics focus on individual instruction in a small group setting. We utilize dry land exercises and stretches along with in water drills to help improve our swimmers form and efficiency in the water. Underwater and above water video can be used to help document stroke improvement. We recommend that swimmers attending these workshops be able to swim at least 100 yards without stopping. We cap the number of workshop attendees at 9 swimmers to limit 3 swimmers per lane.
