Premium Monthly Endurance Coaching

BASE Tri Fitness focuses on the intermediate to advanced endurance athlete.  Our focus is working with each of our athletes to define and reach their goals through focused, detailed athlete oriented programs.  Coach Vallee takes a limited number of monthly athletes per season to provide the best customer service and most appropriate plan creation.

The coach will work with the athlete to balance:

  • Available time to train
  • Work schedule
  • Family responsibilities

Components of Coach Vallee’s Monthly Coaching Program:

  • Fitness history evaluation
  • Fitness assessment, power assessment, HR zone definition
  • Short and long term goal setting
  • Unlimited email communication
  • Taper plan
  • Race day plan
  • Race day nutrition plan
  • Guaranteed feedback at least 1 x week
  • Detailed description of each workout
  • Target heart rate/effort/power zones
  • Lifting program and off season fitness maintenance

All programs are appropriate for each athlete’s fitness level and goals.
